Goodness Grows works with businesses,
civic groups, organizations, and classrooms through community gardening, training, and local food distribution to restore the vitality of communities in the Mahoning Valley.
The Harvest of Hope was a success!
The Dutch Village Inn, Jenni's Crossroad, Smoke Worx, Lady Buggs Farm, Piccadilly Parlour, Truffle Laboratory, Reverend Larry Bowald, and A Wing & A Prayer with Yellow Creek Sausage Company provided us with extraordinary food. We love our chefs!!!! We also were treated to the skill and creativity of "Too" Hot Mamas pepper products and the tastiest gluten free pumpkin cupcakes and bread made by Patty's Cookies & More. We also enjoyed coffee from Libs Market and Friends Specialty and bread from the Bread Chef, as well as appetizers made by our Goodness Grows intern Claire Smith and our friend Sue Weaver! Of course, everyone also enjoyed Goodness Grows own delicious Jungle Jam!
Thank you to all who have helped or are helping with HoH!
